Delete account

You can delete your account in the app or record a request through this page.

Deleting XReplay does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription.

Fastest option

  1. Open XReplay and sign in.
  2. Open Settings, then Account.
  3. Select Delete account and confirm.

This route verifies your identity and starts deletion directly. To stop future charges, also cancel the subscription in Google Play settings.

Request through the web

If you cannot access the app, enter the same email address used for XReplay.

For security, this request does not confirm whether the email has an account. Immediate deletion will also be available inside the app after signing in.

What will be deleted

Your XReplay profile, sessions, synced preferences, quota history, subscription association and protected tokens held by the backend will be deleted, except for records that must be retained for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention or disputes.

Videos stay on the device and are not deleted by the backend. You can remove them in the XReplay gallery or Android file manager. Posts already sent to Timinho or another partner must be deleted from that service.
