Delete account

Request deletion of your XReplay account and associated data using the form below. You can also open this page from the app settings.

Deleting XReplay does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription.

From the app

  1. Open XReplay and sign in.
  2. Open Settings and the Account and privacy section.
  3. Tap Delete my account to open the website form.
  4. Enter the account email address and submit the request.

Opening the page does not delete your account. Submitted requests will be verified and processed. To stop future charges, also cancel the subscription in Google Play settings.

Request through the web

Enter the same email address used for XReplay below and submit the request. You do not need to access or reinstall the app to use this form.

For security, this request does not confirm whether the email has an account. Submitting records the request for verification and processing; it does not confirm that deletion is complete.

What will be deleted

Your XReplay profile, sessions, synced preferences, quota history, subscription association and protected tokens held by the backend will be deleted, except for records that must be retained for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention or disputes.

Videos stay on the device and are not deleted by the backend. You can remove them in the XReplay gallery or Android file manager. Posts already sent to Timinho or another partner must be deleted from that service.
