1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using XReplay, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

XReplay is an instant replay app for sports. During an active session, it keeps a temporary recording window and lets you save the seconds before a manual command or recognized gesture.

Performance may vary with the device camera, Android version, processing capacity, storage, temperature, lighting, network and permissions. XReplay does not guarantee that every gesture or play will be recognized or preserved.

3. Account and security

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and report unauthorized use. Accounts are personal. We may limit sessions, require email verification or terminate access in response to fraud, abuse, a breach of these Terms or a security risk.

4. Recording and third-party rights

You are responsible for using and positioning the device safely and obtaining the permissions required to record, share or publish people, venues, games and events. Do not use XReplay where recording is prohibited or may violate privacy, image, intellectual-property, venue or competition rules.

5. Free plan and XReplay PRO

The free plan may apply usage limits and a watermark to videos. XReplay PRO may include unlimited videos, custom gestures, additional integration benefits and the option to remove the watermark from new replays. Basic Timinho connectivity does not require PRO. Current benefits are shown in the app before purchase.

Android subscriptions are processed by Google Play under the price, period, renewal and conditions shown by the store. Canceling renewal does not remove paid access before the applicable period ends. Charges and refunds are also subject to Google Play rules and applicable law.

6. Integrations

Integrations such as Timinho are activated only after authorization. Partner services have their own terms and policies. You may disconnect an integration, but content already published may remain with the partner under its rules.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for illegal activity, harassment, fraud, privacy violations, infringement, attempts to bypass limits, improper reverse engineering, infrastructure interference or malware distribution.

8. Availability and liability

We may fix, update, suspend or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for missed plays, loss caused by insufficient storage, device failure, network interruption, misuse or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

9. Termination and deletion

You may stop using XReplay, cancel a subscription through Google Play and request account deletion in the app or on the account-deletion page. Obligations that should survive termination by their nature remain effective.

10. Changes and contact

These Terms may be updated to reflect service, security or legal changes. When required, we will communicate a new version in the app. Questions and requests may be sent through the official channels shown in the app and on this website.
